Quality Management System

Farmaka promisses to ensure the distribution of safe and effective products, as well as the provision of excellent services, with the aim of ensuring the maximum satisfaction of customers and stakeholders in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

All activities of commercialized products related to acquisition from qualified suppliers, storage, distribution, logistics, export, post-marketing assistance and surveillance are inspired by the Quality Policy, with the following principles:

Farmaka considers the commitment of employees and stakeholders to be a strategic factor. To achieve this objective, Farmaka implements training programs for all its employees, with equality, in order to develop and reinforce their respective skills.

Employees are asked to identify their needs for improvement related to professional performance, at the same time that they are inspired by proactivity, responsibility and commitment.
